WOMEN IN BUSINESS JEANNE LENZ American Martial Arts (209) 952-4000 firstname.lastname@example.org
Jeanne Lenz is a dynamo. As an Owner/ Trainer at American Martial Arts Academy she trains clients at all levels of fitness. Be it self-defense like Kickboxing or Krav Maga (Israeli natural defense form), or the Ultimate Body-shaping Challenge, she inspires, commands, exhorts and shows the way. She’ll also lurk quietly in class and give students personal attention, like pointers on proper technique and form, as well as encouragement. She consistently leads people to get the most out of their workout experience with both humor and a giving spirit. Starting as a Mom on the sidelines, Jeanne quickly decided to get directly involved in selfdefense and fitness. Attention to detail, repeated demonstration and a watchful eye are inherent in her methods; she has high standards and is personally certified to teach in each of the disciplines offered at AMAA. Jeanne is a motive force that will help you change your life for the better.
