B4 Baby Whether you are already pregnant or just thinking about having a baby, let Sanford Women’s Mom2Be Center help you prepare for pregnancy and parenting. Attend this free, informal open house style event for you and your partner to learn about the important physical, emotional, and practical considerations when preparing for a baby. An optional tour of The Birth Place will be offered.

Tours of The Birth Place Learn what The Birth Place at Sanford has to offer you and your family. Get your questions answered, see the facility and learn about your room and birth options.

Childbirth Preparation Classes Our classes are here to help Online prepare you and your family cl ass optio ns avail able. for new baby’s arrival. Class topics range from getting ready for labor and birth, learning baby basics, and preparing to breastfeed your baby. Classes specific to Dad2Be, siblings and grandparents are also available.

Nutrition Consultation Eating healthy matters as you prepare to become pregnant or are already pregnant. Sanford dieticians help you design a personalized nutritional plan and provide you with healthy eating tips.

Pregnancy Coaching Whether you are thinking about baby or already pregnant, Sanford Women’s Mom2Be Center provides the support and encouragement you need with our pregnancy coaching service.

Our pregnancy coaches: • Are registered nurses with specialized training in educating expectant mothers.

• Provide you with one-on-one sessions in a private, personalized setting.

• Help you design your health and wellbeing plan as you go through your pregnancy journey.

• Find answers to your pregnancy questions and resources to meet your needs.

• Provide you a personal Mom2Be Pregnancy Journey Journal.

Bringing baby home is an exciting time, but it is often a time filled with more questions that need answers. These services connect you with other moms as well as having educators ready to answer your questions.

Sanford Women’s continues to be here for you once you get home with baby. Services are available to support you as a parent and to support you as a woman.

New Arrival Group

Get answers to your breastfeeding questions.

Sanford Women’s breastfeeding experts are available to answer your questions.

• Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

• Saturday – Sunday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Stop in and visit with infant feeding and newborn care experts at a time that works for you.

Mom2Be Personal Fitness Coaching Fitness is an important factor for a healthy pregnancy. Sanford Women’s provides personal fitness coaching designed just for expectant mothers.

Our certified prenatal personal trainers: • Provide one-to-one sessions to develop a personalized exercise plan you can do at home.

• Have specialized training in prenatal fitness to meet your fitness level and needs.

• Provide tips on correct posture, lifting and everyday tasks during your pregnancy journey.
