In addition to her large-scale public works, Boulder sculptor Gail Folwell (below) also brings art into the home with her line of handsculpted bronze hardware, Handle the Art. Her collections, including Open Minds (previous pages) and Open People (bottom, shown alongside a clay study), often depict faces and human forms. She’s currently working on a new series portraying dogs (left) and an in-progress commission (opposite) for a wine cellar door pull.
