Oftentimes, I have found, when I provide proper awareness of what their eating/workout schedule will look like, based off the goal they have described, I

often ask if that is realistic with their current family/work schedule? If not, we go back to the drawing board and find a middle ground that sets us both up for success. 3.) Due to the often “I want it now” mindset that surrounds health and fitness, it is so important to start re-educating the way our clients view their goals and on how the body functions. It won’t happen instantly or overnight, but we will definitely get there with the correct knowledge, understanding and tools!
