Sherri's Fit Tip:
If you think being fit and strong is only about how often you work out, think again! You must eat healthy for proper nutritional benefits which includes eating every two to four hours. Eating healthy includes lean meats, vegetables, whole grains, and lots of water. Doing this will help rev up your metabolism to reduce body fat. Also, reduce your sugar intake. Sugar can encourage fat storage and slow your body down. One more thing, taking in vitamins and minerals are important for building strong bones, muscles, and provides essential nutrients the body needs but cannot produce in sufficient amount on its own.
