Deprive it of oxygen for more than seven minutes, and someoneâ€™s going to need to pick out a headstone. When you get nervous or tense... keep breathing. When you become frustrated or angry with yourself... keep breathing. When youâ€™ve done that step five hundred times and not done it right once... keep breathing... ...and do it again.
My life is a dance. It is an interplay of words, movements and images, a war among what had once seemed the incompatible roles of dancer, philosopher and photographer. Dancers move. Philosophers pontificate. And photographers, well, photographers just capture what everyone else is doing.
