Reach into your head, grasp onto this thought, and throw it as far out from you as you perhaps can. It is a ridiculous notion! You were a lovely, working and positive individual before he came in your world, why should anything be contrary now? It is not ex boyfriend that makes you valued and desirable, it is YOU! Do not, under any circumstance, let him steal from your value and worthiness, your true and sweet character, and your trust and selfesteem, avoid ex boyfriend kidnapping. Not just exercise these traits all belong to you, but they from inside you. He, nor any other soul, does not create them and give them to you, you generate them yourself. See where I’m getting with this? You don’t want him, or anyone, to build you up and make you look whole and special. You already are. Exercise this time to repay to yourself. Spend time with yourself exercising things that you love. What activities cause you feel warm and happy? Do you like dancing? If so,
why not get some classes? Do you love kids? Maybe sign up to be a mentor to an orphan in your community of interests. Participating in activities that you genuinely enjoy will develop feelings of happiness, and consequently confidence, inside you again. And the greatest thing is that your happiness will be selfgenerated and will have everything to do with you and zero to do with your ex boyfriend. And even if at first it is challenging for you, commence living your life to the richest every single day. To get over guy keep yourself engaged and actively take part in your selected activities. Not long, the difficulty will settle, and you’ll be provided with a life that is great because you made it so not your guy or anyone else. And at this point, marvelous YOU will be so chockfull of selfconfidence and delight that you’ll no uncertainty have to stand off all the admiring guys with a stick! In the meantime, remember, you are not alone. The light at the end of the tunnel is close, once you get around the windy bend I guarantee you’ll find it.
