Rub warmed sesame oil all over your body as it gives warmth. Let it soak in for 5 to 10 minutes, then take a hot shower and exfoliate your skin. Ginger: ultimate cold remedy Drink ginger tea by adding some small pieces of ginger into water boil for 3-4 minutes strain and drink. Take a bath infused with ginger and baking soda, by taking 2 tbsp of baking soda and 2 tbsp powdered ginger into a hot tub.
