Technology Station Automatic Storage and Retrieval System -V2, -V5 (for round work pieces diameter 50 mm, height 50 mm)
Training Aim: Working with digital sensors and quick counters. Function: In an automatic warehouse, workpieces are on different levels. Via a 3-axis handling system, these workpieces can be transfered into a process of other technology stations. Also possibel is taking a workpiece from a running process via a 3axis handling unit back in the warehouse. The workpiece can be sorted by material characteristics, different thickness e.g. The places are controlled by a fork light barrier. The station is delivered completely assembled, wired and tested.

Didactic indications : The technology station imparts knowledge about function and use of industrial components on the sector transport and handling. By means of didactically prepared industrial components, the physical operational principles are presented by using the example of sensors. Terms such as parts recognition, material properties and registration can be used in the experiments. In combination with the previous station, decision criteria for influencing the material flow can be derived from it. Every station can be used quickly and independently.
