Technology stations - the step to the industrial handling The technology stations offer for the technical formation and further formation an industrial environment. Each station consists of no less than two modules, in normal case the working module together with a handling module, both assemblied and wired on an aluminium plate . In addition, there are the necessary controls, the underframes and the suitable programmable controller for the control. The technology stations fulfill and guarantee industrial fair training by the use of industrial components. So the training aims are adapted to the requirements. The connecting of each station with another one is an essential characteristic of this system. It guarantees that the user can arrange step by step its optimal training system. There are the following possibilities to connect together: 1. Linear chaining of individual technology stations

Technology Station Distributing Magazine

Training task: Separating a part from a magazine Feeding separated part to a process

Function: Work pieces are loaded from a magazine and deposited on a deposit place. The fill level of the magazine is checked by a one-way light barrier and the work piece on the deposit place is checked by a micro switch. The material characteristics of the work piece are determined with an optical and inductive sensor. A double-acting pneumatic cylinder shifts every single work piece out of the down magazine. The end positions of the cylinder piston are fixed by contactless sensors. The control of the cylinder is done with an electric 5/2-directional valve. The station is delivered completely assembled, wired and tested.

Technology Station Swivel gripper

Training task: Handling a workpiece from station to station by using a vacuum gripper

Function: The swivel gripper removes the work pieces between two modules with defined positions. The pneumatic swivel gripper is adjustable stepless in a range of 180°. It transports the workpiece with a vacuum gripper. A contactless sensor checks the position of the cylinder pistons. Electrical sensors control the position of the swivel gripper. Training task: Analog thickness measuring of work pieces by datatransfer to a PLC

Function: Work pieces are moved on a lifting device to a measuring system. An analog tension in the area from 0-10V can be evaluated by a PLC with analog input (material thickness measuring). The MKM concept The coupling module MKM 2100

Simulation-models often have the disadvantage that they are not suitable in the practice for topical examinations. In order to avoid this effect, we have developed the coupling-module MKM. The coupling-module is capable to connect a real SPS with the software MSM. The software-simulations run through the online connection with the SPS virtually identically like with a real process. The coupling-module possesses also an interface, with which the connection can be produced to the technology-stations. The SPS can be used with it as well as for the control of the software, as also for the control of the harware.
