Mindfulness for Stress Eight week course introducing mindfulness based strategies for managing stress and improving wellbeing. Learn to meditate, and to look at stress and the way it affects you in a completely different way. The course will be helpful if you are dealing with stress of any kind, whether associated with work, family, relationships, finances, loss or other factors outside your control, or if you just want to find out more about mindfulness. Small friendly group led by a qualified mindfulness teacher.
