ADULT FITNESS ZUMBA DEMONSTRATION

This program combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. BEGINNER BALLROOM DANCING
Date: Wednesdays, Session I: Sept. 12 to Oct. 17; Session II: Jan. 9 to Feb. 13 Time: 7 to 8 p.m. Fee: $50 Place: Senior Center, 5 Broad St. This six-week class is designed to introduce students to basic ballroom dance. INTERMEDIATE BALLROOM DANCING
Date: Wednesdays, Session I: Oct 31 to Dec 12 (no class Nov. 22); Session II: March 6 to April 10 Time; 7 to 8 p.m. Fee: $50 Place: Senior Center, 5 Broad St. This class is a continuation of Beginner Ballroom. Add steps and style to the dances you know, while learning additional dances such as the cha-cha and tango. Couples and singles welcome. For information, call 978-655-4368. Age: 18 and older Date: Tuesdays, Oct. 2 to 23 Time: 6-7 p.m. Fee: $35 Place: Salem Willows courts Lessons focus on the proper way to serve and rally.
