The Spa at Hotel Bennett Guidelines Scheduling Please call 843.990.5415 to book an appointment. Overnight guests may select “Spa” on their guest room phone. To ensure your desired time, we encourage that reservations are made early. A credit card is required at time of booking to confirm reservations. Guests of the hotel may charge services to their room. If you have a therapist gender preference, please notify us when making your reservation. Check-In You are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time at the first floor spa reception area. This will allow time to sign in, change into your robe and slippers, and relax in our lounge prior to your service. Late Arrival Please be aware that a late arrival may affect the length of your treatment. Your service will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed. Cancellations As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that cancellations and changes be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service to avoid charges. Any appointments made or canceled after that period will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments will be charged in full. Special Considerations If you are pregnant, have any medical conditions, or need special assistance, please notify us when making reservations. During the Visit Please refrain from using cell phones and electronic devices in the treatment and relaxation areas. To get the most out of your treatment, we encourage you to communicate with your therapist. Your comfort and enjoyment are most important to us, so let us know if you would like to adjust pressure. We request that you not bring jewelry nor valuables to your spa experience. The Spa at Hotel Bennett is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Spa Attire For your comfort, a robe and slippers will be provided. Please undress to your level of comfort. Undergarments are not necessary but may be worn during the treatment, if you prefer. All staff are professionally trained and licensed to ensure the highest quality of service and integrity. Proper draping techniques are always used to protect your privacy and comfort. Age Requirement We offer nail services for guests ages 8+ and facial services for guests 15+. Must be accompanied by an adult with parental consent. Guests must be 18+ for unaccompanied access to to spa treatments, facilities and the fitness room. Gratuities For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is added to spa services. Additional gratuities are at the guests’ discretion. Nail Guidelines We are unable to offer or remove acrylic, SNS, dip acrylic powder or extensions. We will be unable to fulfill your appointment should you arrive with one of these on your nails. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a safe and non-toxic environment in our spa. Full-service fees will apply. Soft gel removal is not included in our services and must be booked in advance. Your service will be shortened to accommodate removal and charges for the full original appointment as well as gel removal will apply.
