Food & Beverage Deparment The Food and Beverage Division is responsible in the dining rooms, restaurants, galleys, bars, cleaning, and provisions. The division is run by the Food and Beverage Director. The seating arrangements, service, and overseeing of the staff is the dining room manager’s responsibility.

Some people say that this exquisite cake was created by the Romans when they conquered Greece. Actually, Cheesecake is prepared in many countries and is served in famous restaurants in the World. The preparation of cheesecake has a low level of dificulty. You have to mix 690. grams of cream cheese with 3 eggs, ž cup of sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest. It takes around 45 minutes to bake, and you can decorate it with strawberries, jelly, chocolat, or different fruit.

To make it more appetizing sight, you can use chocolat cookies at the time to put it into the mold in order to make it like a kind of bed to not permit it stick. You can serve it cool.
