PRESIDENT’S PERSPECTIVE

Meet Sara Criger, Our 2012 Chair There’s a common thread linking our vital St. Paul and East Metro business community – the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce.

by Sara Criger

NEXUS

Our Chamber brings together businesses that are as remarkably diverse and interesting as Saint Paul and the East Metro themselves. It’s no small task to be a unifying force for a 1,200-member strong organization. And yet the Chamber does it so well. I am honored to serve as your Chair this year. As CEO of St. Joseph’s Hospital in the heart of downtown Saint Paul, we depend on the Chamber as our advocate and champion. I’ve personally appreciated the support that St. Joseph’s receives; I know the same commitment to other members comes to life every day through the Chamber efforts.
