Within this framework, the urban and architectural foundation of the development programme is unique, as it is the result of the cooperation of four well known architecture of fices. Their work is carried out in the framework of a workshop, where during the evaluation of the individual proposals, and in accordance with the opinion of the actors of the development market, the masterplan for the market is finally made ready, on the basis of which the development may begin.
