CEBU INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY (CIA) is a duly registered and legitimate corporation existing by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. It was established in 2003 in Cebu City and now it is the leader of English academy for Non-English speakers. As growth is inevitable, a new Sparta building is on progress and due to finish in June that can accommodate 270 students.

American drama acting aims to teach students useful expressions and communication skill through dynamic activities for better application in daily actual setting.

A class that is focused on developing students skills in public presentation and to increase students level of confidence in the usage of using English.

Absence / Coming Late - Coming Late (1:1 Class time ~within 10mins, Group class time ~within 5mins) - Absent (1:1 class 10mins after, Group class 5mins after) - If you are absent twice in same class without absent form for 1 week, that class will be closed automatically. We will re-schedule you for that class period. - No certificate for those who were marked below 90% attendance.(Including absence due to illness)

Absent form (Once a day, Thrice a week, 12times a month) : Including absence due to illness - Only when you’re sick(once a day[1Class]) Must submit the form before the class (In the case of 8th class(17:00-18:00), absent form is only accepted until or before 5pm) - Get the form at the information desk and get the teacher’s signature, then give it to education staff - Absence without absent form is considered as Absent without notice - A student can’t go out on the day after absence without notice. - A Student can’t go out or travel on weekends - We are NOT responsible for any disadvantages regarding an absence without notice

Change of class & curriculum (Sat - 8:00AM ~ 10:00AM) -

On Saturdays. In 4th floor “Conference Room B” You are Not allowed to change classes except on Saturdays Is to be done in the order of arrival(First comer can change first) New students can NOT change their schedules in first 2weeks


Students should abide the curfew to avoid accidents or alike Week days and Sunday – 10:00 PM Weekend( Friday and Saturday) ( Holiday)– 12:00AM The door will not be open after curfew time.

A students is only allowed to apply for overnight form once a month The student will be given penalty point if he/she did not ask permission. Overnight form must be accomplished at the office during weekdays. Allows a student to stay outside beyond curfew time.

Travel Form must be accomplished and be validated by the manager in-charge before the day of travel. Photos, receipts and any other evidence of travel must checked by the management upon arriving in accordance with CIA Regulation Do not make any other travel plan in accordance with the school regulation
