Travelling from Clyde Property’s Bearsden office on Drymen Road, continue north on Drymen Road towards Bearsden Cross turning right onto Roman Road continuing down Roman Road to the end, turning left onto Milngavie Road heading towards Milngavie. On entering Milngavie, take the third exit at the roundabout, continue onto Glasgow Road and after passing under the railway bridge continue through the next set of traffic lights staying on Glasgow Road and through the next set of traffic lights at the junction of Baldernock Road onto Strathblane Road. Continue out of Milngavie passing the Virgin Active sports club and heading towards Strathblane. On entering Strathblane, take the first road on the right (Campsie Road) heading towards Lennoxtown and on leaving the village the entrance to Ballagan House is about half a mile further on the left hand side. There is a sign on the low wall saying ‘Ballagan’. Go in the gate, turn immediately right, continue over the bridge, up the driveway and park to the left of the building.
