1. Sue should have either asked the chef what items needed to be purchased or she could have went and taken inventory which would have fixed the guessing on what items they needed. She needs to have better communication with the chef to fix getting into situations like this.

2. The chef blamed Sue for everything and didn’t take responsibility for it. It was a little bit his fault that this happened for not getting involved and letting Sue know what was needed.

3. She can make sure the produce that she is buying is the good stuff no matter what the price is to make sure they can use them. She can also let the receiving people know what to expect on the shipment so they don’t send anything back.
