One Island South

University of Southern California INFINTE GROUP Lobby by Lane Crawford

After attending Richard X Zawitz One Man Exhibition at the Ifc Mall, I was incredibly impressed with Richard’s work. The sculpture that was most impressed me was his “ Infinite Group”. This grouping of the five otherworldly monolithic steel Sculptures was an assemblage so incredibly unique. That is the reason Lane Crawford through my advice invited Richard to install these works in our One Island South Lobby. The reflections from the lighting on the steel are magical. Lane Crawford and myself are big fans of Richard X Zawitz work.

Not only do the guests from the around the world admire and photograph ther sculpture, but our staff here in the hotel comments to me often how much the enjoy the sculpture. This is unusual from Hong Kong people. Furthermore, am an believer in Chinese Feng Shui, and this sculpture has been blessed and accepted by our Feng Shui expert, Master Lin. and not coincidentally, since the installation of the sculpture, the revenue has gone up steadily and has never gone back.
