Description

Applications

The AquaCycler was developed for the open end washer extractor, and due to high set specifications during the development process and outstanding performance in the field we concluded that the AquaCycler can be used for washer extractors and for continuous batch washers.

Most of our installed AquaCyclers are provided with additional wash water tanks and filtrate storage tanks.

The single filtration step, filters the water down to 115 micron (= 0.0115mm). Energy savings are established, since the filtrate water produced is at a temperature of between 25°C and 40°C so less energy is needed for heating water.

There is also a “Skid” version available integrating tanks and the unit, saving installation time and costs.

Product differences Maybe to the untrained eye, there is no difference between the AquaMiser and the AquaCycler. However, the most importance difference between the two is the number of filter housings. The AquaCycler contains one filter housing, the AquaMiser has two.

Description The AquaMiser is a product that has proven to be of great use for laundries across the world. Over 250 AquaMisers have been installed at more then 200 companies since the introduction of the product in 1998. Since that time the product has been under continuous further development to reach even higher efficiency. The AquaMiser makes use of a two step deep filtration system.

Applications Which leads to filtration of wash water to 25 microns (=0.025mm). Thanks to highly practical R&D the filter system is designed to clean itself. The cleaning procedure happens automatically, the machine knows when the filters are contaminated, and the dirty water from the cleaning procedure will be automatically discharged to the sewer. Cleaning is carried out with a reverse rinse pump and takes only seconds to finish.

Description Based on long-term experience in water filtration we have developed a product that can filter inline fibres in the mainwash or rinsezone of a tunnel washer which increases end quality. The AquaBatch filters fibres, hairs and other particles directly in-line on the continuous batch washer.

Description

Applications

The AquaCyclone is suitable for cleaning drainage water that is contaminated with a lot of sand, metal parts and other large particles. Highly polluted water can clog up op sewage pipes and make reuse impossible.

The second step method filters out bigger, light particles by using a screen strainer.

In order to remove these particles the AquaCyclone uses three specific cleaning steps.

The numbers of steps using the three methods varies per situation and can be determined by our experts.

The first step is to allow the larger, heavy particles to settle in a sedimentation tank which can be easily cleaned.

The third step uses cyclone technology to centrifuge the dirt out.

The Aquaheater Smart is a product that is designed to fulfil client needs in the area of energy consumption reduction. Not only is it a highly efficient module for energy savings, time savings in shortening processes can also be made with the Aquaheater Smart.

Applications

Description Saving on operational costs is for laundries one of the main focus points to maximize profit. If this is the case at your company, and you have a lot of lost exhaust heat from your ironer(s), then you should look at the Aquavent. Approximately 70% of the energy in a laundry is used for drying and ironing. Most of the energy is used for the evaporation of water. The heated vent from the ironer leaves the laundry totally unused until now. To utilize this energy means generating cash for the laundry.

The Aquavent utilizes the heat vented from the ironer. The warmed up fresh water is led into the washing process. Valuable heating energy is saved Because of the heat exchange technology used within the Aquavent, high efficiency goals are met. This is not all! Applications

Description The A-300 disinfection sluices are designed for chemical disinfection of trolleys, used for transport of linen e.g. between laundries and hospitals. These unique, corrosion free, compact sluices are easy to fit in a separation wall in a laundry. The doors are interlocked to prevent opening both doors at the same time. The sluices can be supplied in a wide capacity range and will be able to process almost all dimensions and kinds of trolleys.

After the trolleys are loaded in the disinfection sluice, a button push will start the automatic timed and controlled process. When all process steps are completed, the sluice will release the lock on the clean side to allow unloading of the trolleys. The A-series offers a high return on investment, thanks to a high degree of efficiency and low investment and maintenance costs. Add the ease and safety of operation to the efficient aftersales service and you have all the reasons why the investment in an A-series is worth more than serious consideration for your laundry.

Applications

Description The AquaDrain has been designed to filter backwash water from the AquaBatch, AquaCycler or AquaMiser.

Local government regulations often charge tax based on the COD value of drainage water.

It is a low investment unit with a moving filterbag which provides cleaner drainagewater that prevents clogged sewage pipes.

The AquaDrain allows you to filter particles out of your drainage water to lower the COD value and therefore save you money.

In some cases filtered water can be reused again.

The AquaDrain also makes visible what filtering units such as the AquaMiser have filtered out of the process water.

Disinfection of carts is dependable and trouble free (tested and approved by the leading Dutch testing institute TNO). This is ensured by the use of steam as thermal disinfectant, combined with the carefully selected positioning of the injection points. After the carts are loaded, a button push will start the automatic timed and controlled process.

Discharging The top range of the disinfection sluices have special floors which makes sure that the dirty water is discharged. Unloading is another feature that can be done automatically with the moveable floor.


Universal The disinfection sluices are designed so that it is possible to fit in a wide range of trolleys. If you want to switch trolleys, or you use different types of trolleys, then the trolley washers of Wientjens wonâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t have any problems.
