The Third Space rebranding follows a £6.5 million investment into gym facilities

n May, Reebok Sports Club, in Canada Place, will officially re-open as Third Space. With new signage, several new master classes and a new food and smoothie bar and sports clothing shop to follow in June, the rebrand exudes luxury with a whole new redirected focus on fitness. “We are introducing a new holistic approach, offering a premium all-round experience.” Colin Waggett, Third Space CEO tells us. You can lose yourself in the three floors of training space, do a few laps in the 23-metre pool, shoot some hoops on the full sized basketball court or
get your climbing shoes and take on Europe’s highest indoor climbing wall. Alternatively, you can work up a sweat in one of the many classes available led by some of the best instructors in the UK. Third Space group fitness manager Caitlin McGowan explains “Third Space is unique in its variety. No other health club in London offers such a large scale of class formats. We offer something for everyone so there are endless options depending on what type of workout you’re looking for.” Taking into account the average busy working day of their Canary Wharf clientele, Third Space have designed new
workout sessions and classes for before work, during lunch and after work. A whole range of classes are also available on the weekends, so you can fit in a high energy workout or relax with a low-impact class on your days off. Ensuring their instructors are the best around, they are also opening a Third Space training academy that all personal trainers will have to attend, reach a certain standard and gain a qualification.
