RUMOR REVEAL

Be a boss and take notes from this contemporary office overhaul to inspire a renovation for your own place of business.

WORKPLACE DESIGN TRENDS

Workplace design trends go beyond the color of the year. They involve keeping employees engaged and increasing productivity through the environment in which you all work. Focusing on lighting and acoustics among other small design details, create a big impact on the team. RUMOR

A central meeting area, shown here, is great for planned or even spontaneous interactions without disturbing others. Collaboration is extremely important for teamwork and relationship development, while maximizing workplace comfort, confidence and performance.

IMPACT OF DESIGN IN THE WORKPLACE

Keeping the workplace airy and bright with ample task lighting is so important when spending a majority of the day indoors. Active and passive contact with nature such as a variety of houseplants, yields positive effects on people’s well-being. The wooded wallpaper provides a peripheral feeling of the outdoors while maintaining interest and fluidity within the space.

TONE AT THE TOP

WANT BETTER NOT MORE

Local restaurateur, business philanthropist and family man wanted a space that felt inspiring, with an at-home feel, all while communicating the company values of honesty, integrity and ethics, Between eight busy restaurants and over 300 employees, this main office and meeting space had to become, above all, functional and fun. The Rumor Team worked hard to capture the energy and mission of the restaurant family, "to create a memorable and entertaining experience." The tone at the top is encapsulated right here within its new headquarters, leaving a lasting impression on every employee who is the face of this incredible company. RUMOR
