Rui Han 480.518.0643 Santa Fe Christian Schools Modernization and Improvement Plan, Phase 1A - Gymnasium Facade Renovation Solana Beach, CA Compleon Date: 2014 Summer Design Development Duty: Project Designer The scope of work includes all construcon and services required for a new architectural façade to be aached to the exisng gymnasium building / student acvity center and associated improvements. The façade system will improve the aesthecs of the campus entrance by providing exterior finishes and architectural treatments that share a common design language with the overall campus. The improvement will increase the interior area of the gymnasium by 178 sq. . Site improvements include the required access to the gymnasium in conformance with the Americans with Disabilies Act. In addion, pavement striping will provide for a safer student drop off in an effort to improve circulaon within the campus and on the public street. The parking count will remain the same as exisng.

Site will be developed with landscaped surface parking lot. Fire and service lanes per campus master plan. Building consists of high volume ceilings at the lobby and weight training areas, with aerobics, spinning, athlec training and fitness lab-free weight programs at the ground level. Upper level consists of administraon and faculty offices, fitness lab-cardio and exercise roof terrace. The design coordinates with the cafeteria/bookstore project and the campus landscape master plan.

Rui Han 480.518.0643 ruihan78@gmail.com Chapman University Musco Center for the Arts Orange, CA Compleon Date: 2015 Size: 86,000 sf Seats: 1,050 BIM project out bid Duty: Intermediate PA of the theater The $47-million, 86,000-gsf center will be a world-class performing arts center and educaonal facility for the theater, music and dance departments of the university’s College of Performing Arts, as well as a cultural desnaon for the Orange community and surrounding region. The highly visible site, located along Glassell Street and the university’s Global Cizens Plaza, will serve as a new front door to the campus. The preliminary program for the new center includes a 1,050-seat mul-purpose hall, rehearsal space, associated performer and support space and storage, administrave offices and a mul-level lobby.
