Meet theTeam Our employment team brings together a group of dedicated professionals with a range of employment law expertise. Consisting of Partners, Solicitors and executives it ensures that we are able to pick the right person for the job and match our skills and experience to client needs. Peter Bennett Peter acts principally for employers in unfair and wrongful dismissal claims, race, sex and disability claims, equal pay issues and corporate restructures. Having particular expertise with commercial agents, Peter also deals with TUPE issues, executive severances, the drafting and enforcing of special arrangements for senior executives (including financial benefits and restrictive covenants), and drafting of terms and conditions of employment. t: 01775 842550 e: Phil Cookson Phil’s employment law expertise covers a range of areas including unfair and constructive dismissal claims and redundancy situations. He also deals in regulatory crime and Health and Safety Issues. He regularly delivers training sessions to employers and is a well known commentator in the regional press on employment law issues. Maz Dannourah Maz joined Roythornes in 2007 and completed his training contract in 2010, qualifying into the firm’s litigation department.
