Enrolments for Rowville Neighbourhood Learning Centre courses are confirmed by payment of course fees. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, cheque and cash. In person between 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday or Saturday 9.00am - 12noon at 40 Fulham Road, Rowville.

Cancellations (excluding Cert III in Education) If a course is cancelled or delayed by RNLC, a full refund will be made available. A refund will be made available where a minimum notice period of five business days is received by RNLC prior to the commencement of the Course. A ten dollar administration fee will be deducted from any refund and refund payments will be made by cheque. Volunteer Program Volunteers are crucial to our daily operations. Volunteers staff the Office reception, assist with data entry, update website information, assist in promotional events and have an opportunity to apply for a position in the Committee of management. Volunteering is valuable to the non-profit organisations and also offers the volunteers the opportunity to update skills or learn new ones in a busy, friendly environment.
