A vitual part of any fitness is knowing what kind of shape you are in. With the state-ofthe-art MicroFit evaluation, you will receive an accurate assessment of your physical condition. The more you know and understand about your personal health and fitness, the more efficiently and safely you will be able to achieve your fitness goals. The MicroFit evaluation takes about 40 minutes and gives you a complete personal profile in printed form. Your report shows how you compare with others of your age and gender and includes important health and fitness advice. Even though the evaluation tests take about 40 minues, the entire session will last for approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour. The second portion of the evaluation will be a discussion and follow-up to the testing. Our fitness consultants will review results of the profile report and direct you towards the proper steps that need to be taken to get you on a program that meets your needs. The consultations will also have materials for you which pertain to specific health and fitness concerns that you may have.

Personal training is great for all types of people, from beginners to the advanced exerciser. All trainers are nationally certified and trained to handle special populations. If you are looking to completely change your workouts, try one of our discounted packages. Single training sessions are generally intended for the experienced individual looking to revamp their present workout, while multiple-session packages are designed to help beginners form a strong foundation to achieve their fitness goals. Your personal trainer will take time to review your health history and discuss your personal objectives in an exercise program. Using MicroFit computerized fitness assessments will provide a starting point and baseline for short term and long term goal setting.
