O LY M P I A Reserved for use in restaurants only, the Olympia Range offers luxury equipment designed for specialised gastronomic outlets. Combining attractiveness and efficiency, its special rustic appearance is characterised by ranges of equipment with massive pulleys arranged in a transparent chamber that evokes an atmosphere of traditional cooking, within an elegantly coloured enamel frame.


MILLENNIUM The Millennium range, with its carefully developed moder n and refined design, provides rapid and thorough roasting. Large flames lick against cast iron panels against a luxurious background to produce a cooking spectacle that will delight your clients. PERFORMANCES The “Performance” rotisseries have established themselves as a reference point amongst professionals, meeting their needs in terms of production quantity and robustness with their heatproof windows and stainless steel double walls. The ergonomic equipment offers regular clients an attractive spectacle and the mouth-watering smells that titillate them on market stalls or blocks. The competitive and sturdy Special-Marché rotisseries offer the buyer the satisfaction of rapid cooking with respect for quality.


S TA R - C L E A N The new-generation “Star-Clean” and “Roti-Roaster” rotisseries offer professionals optimal use within a context of energy saving and respect for the environment, being totally lagged. Highly developed but easy to use, they are distinct in providing a cooling process and automatic steam cycle at the end of cooking, as well as being easy to dismantle to facilitate cleaning, while meeting all requirements of reliability and safety.


PIZZA OVEN Rotisol has developed a range of flat and arched pizza ovens, along traditional cooking lines, combining a door with an inter nal light to maximise inter nal viewing. Gas or electric, these ovens are developed to produce pizzas with perfect texture on a stone. Equipped with stainless steel bodies and a steel or enamel façade depending on choice, and a heat-resistant brick cooking surface, adjustment buttons and a temperature display (from 0-450°C), they combine practicality with performance.


GASTROCHEF An innovation by Rotisol produced following changes in the market, Gastrochef ovens offer their users the benefit of compact but optimal equipment, being able to accommodate various products in a reduced space: pizzas, cooked dishes, grilled meats, kebabs, shawarma, potatoes etc. Their highly competitive energy performance levels, combined with their adaptability, meet the expectations of professionals wishing to maximise the use of their available area and offer a wide range of products with a minimum of encumbrance.


BRASILIA The Brasilia rotisseries benefit from an alter native continuous cooking system that allows a whole chicken to be grilled on a spit in the traditional way or on a grating, to provide various styles and tastes. The grating or “crapaudine� procedure involves roast ing a revolving open marinated chicken to provide a product wholly grilled both above and below, and a brand new rotisserie delight. The device increases cooking volumes, which are doubled, while energy consumption levels are reduced by the same proportions.


M U LT I F U N C T I O N Ideal for all kinds of cooking, simple to use, adaptable and practical, the multifunction oven lets you offer a wide variety of foods that you are free to roast, brown, simmer, grill or keep at temperature. GRILL The Grill Gaz equipment increases the delight of grilled food by using lava stone, which has qualities similar to those of embers without all the practical problems. Placed on a ca refully designed plinth the appearance of which is greatly improved by its vitrified enamel, iron fittings and brass or chrome taps, the grills are designed for practical use with their adjustable grilling and fixed fat recovery plate.

The LÊon Labroche Rotisserie School is an approved training centre that has already welcomed over 800 trainees either on its premises or directly on site.

The company has introduced specific procedures for fulfilling certification criteria, especially the Cemafroid Performance certificate connected with compliance with cold and hot temperature requirements, involving the taking of “core” temperatures. We undertake to carry out our production in France, subject our products to selective checks by specially commissioned laboratories, and invest substantially in keeping this requirement as high as possible. We do not compromise our clients’ confidence in us.
