What is Red Squirrel? It’s Virgin Holidays’ own Content Management System. It provides images and copy for online and brochure usage at the highest level of quality. It is a browser based application, used by many departments across Virgin Holidays, together with our partners to drive multi-channel delivery and sales through accurate and greater amounts of content.

We create images and content for over 1200 products per year. We provide imagery for POS, flyers, brochures, PR and the web. We are bring brochure production in-house.

Manage We handle over 14,000 digital assets. We look after copy on • 1,300 hotels, • 500 weddings, • 400 different resorts and lots more including tours, excursions and other info including car hire, Virgin Atlantic and booking conditions.

Publish We currently publish nearly 800 hotels directly from Red Squirrel on line. 11 brochures have been produced or are being produced currently using Red Squirrel, with our agency and also increasingly in-house - and this only since March!

All this copy is checked by our hoteliers through the same system we use here at the Galleria.
