EXPECTATIONS WHAT YOU DESERVE
Here's What To Expect From Any Agent You Work With You should expect to be treated with respect, not like a number. You should feel like the agent's only client, not like transaction #34. You should expect to have your best interests represented. The whole moving process should be as painless as possible. Your agent's eye shouldn't be on your wallet, but on serving you selflessly. Your agent should not think of you as a transaction that will be gone in a few months, but more like a friend and a client for life. You should expect your agent to work as hard for you as he would if he were buying or selling his own house. You should expect the highest skills available. Your calls should be returned promptly, you should be kept up to date, and not feel like you were forgotten by your agent. If any problems do arise, your agent should go overboard to fix them and document everything diligently so that you are protected. After the transaction, you should expect your agent to be a trusted advisor that you can consult anytime. You should feel like you were represented professionally, and that you came out the better for it.
Why I Have a Lot to Lose! My business is built on referrals. What this means to you is that I don't spend a lot of time on prospecting activities to find new clients as other agents do. So you get all of my attention and energy. I feel that by providing you with the best real estate experience you ever had, you will naturally want your friends and associates to have the same benefit. When this happens, I can devote even more time to making my service the best available. Since I don't knock on doors or make cold telephone calls, I depend on referrals to grow my business; I HAVE to give you excellent service. You MUST be happy, or there will be no referrals from you and my business will suffer! So I don't see you as just a transaction, here today and gone tomorrow. I’m not a superstar, pushing people through some kind of assembly line, but I see myself as a super servant. I treat your business with great respect, and want to be the agent who helps you reach your goals and realize your dreams! ~ Rosemary Joles

LinkedIn Recommendation: “WOW, what an outstanding Realtor. Rosemary is fantastic, precise, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, thorough and most important; easy to approach. While most realtors tend to be "pushy" and persistent, Rosemary gave several suggestions and was very patient with me. For a first time buyer, I was so impressed with her willingness to research and find out every question I had. To this day, I still contact her for questions and concerns I have with my home. Thank you Rosemary for all you've done and continue to do for me and my family!!! To Whom It May Concern, The service and personal attention we received from Rosemary was professional and exceptional. She truly leads a high-caliber team. Her knowledge of the local market and her special attention to small details helped us to sell our house within 90 days of listing. Her and her team took care of all the cosmetics, minor repairs, staging and the open house to get the property ready for sale in a very competitive market. After our house was in escrow, I and my wife walked through the house for the last time. Rosemary had the interior looking so good, that we said to each other we wish that we were still living there. Regardless of whether you are buying or selling, I would highly recommend Rosemary to help you in this life changing move. We could not have asked for a better Realtor to guide us through the process. Sincerely,
Erwin & Nenita Oceanside, CA

She helped me find a rental home while I waited for my short sale to go through, helped me find people to paint my home a er I moved in, and even helped me with rental agreements when I was looking for a roommate. I have given her numbers to all my friends who were looking to buy. Sco Sonnier

T bout Rosemary BALANCE AND HARMONY
When Rosemary Joles sings with her singing group, she says that it is much more challenging to sing in harmony than solo. “Each time a member of our group sings, that individual has to consider how every note, every word, and each rhythm holds up not only on their own merits, but how these pieces will blend with all the other individual voices in the group.” This same kind of balance and harmony are key to how Rosemary approaches her music, her life, and her attitude toward her clients. Just as the role of harmony ensures the balance between the separation of individual lines and the rich choral sound within a group, the realtor’s role is to make sure each individual voice of the real estate “song” blends together in perfect concert.
Rosemary and her husband Todd getting ready to carol for homeless families. HARMONY IN MUSIC, NATURE AND DESIGN
Raised with old-fashioned values and work ethics in a small rural town in Wisconsin (with only 20 students in her graduating class), Rosemary grew up farming and gardening with her grandmother, and even helped milk cows in order to sell product to the local creamery. “Early on, I learned to appreciate the seasons, rhythms and cycles of nature, just like those in music.” It was only natural that Rosemary's love for music and the harmony in nature would extend to design and architecture. “Just as beautiful music is composed of notes, chords, and rhythms, the harmony of design is made of materials, colors and textures.”
Rosemary’s family home in west central Wisconsin
Rosemary’s 20+ combined years in property management and real estate has allowed her to share her passions for the “harmony” in nature, music and beautiful living with her other passion: helping nurture the dreams of others. “Before I look for a home for each one of my clients, I have questions I like to ask them that go deeper than how many bedrooms they need and what size garage they want.” Rosemary has a knack for drawing out her clients’ vision of their perfect home, by finding out what their true priorities and interests are. She has a reputation for saving her clients’ time with her uncanny ability to find the perfect place in a very short time.
har·mo‐ny n. 1. friendly agreement: a situation in which there is a friendly agreement or accord. 2. pleasing combination of sounds: a combination of notes that are sung or played at the same time. 3. pleasantness in arrange‐ ment: a pleasing effect produced by an arrangement of things, parts, or colors. [14th century. Via French and Latin < Greek harmonia ʺagreement, concordʺ < harmozein ʺfit togetherʺ]
With her passion for beautiful placement and design, Rosemary is able to parlay another of her talents to help sell homes: the skill of “staging” homes. “Dressing up a home that is for sale by ‘staging’ it, brings out its best features and minimizes its imperfections, giving it an edge against its competitors. Staging helps
A staged master bedroom the prospective buyer visualize how his/ her own furniture accessories will fit in the house that’s for sale. While staging a home, it is just as important knowing what to leave out as what to leave in. Much the same as when writing a piece of music…the pauses are as important as the notes that are used.” DREAM SYMPHONY
So whether this Realtor is planting a garden, singing a song, staging a home, or selling a piece of property, it is her sense of balance and harmony, her love of beautiful living, and her desire to nurture people’s dreams that drive her. Real estate to Rosemary, is like harmonizing a beautiful song: “the individual voices are the sellers, the buyers, the escrow officers, mortgage lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title insurance companies, and more”. One of Rosemary’s unique talents is her ability to arrange a composition of all these separate voices, in order to manifest her client’s dream symphony: the perfect home, the perfect sale, the perfect piece of real estate “music”.

IT TAKES A PROFESSIONAL TEAM TO DELIVER GREAT SERVICE INTRODUCING THOSE WHO MAKE THE JOLES GROUP A SUCCESS
Todd Joles brings a large variety of skills to my team. Chief cook and bottle washer, he is literally my right hand handyman. From neutralizing clients pink accent walls with a coat of paint and dealing with the city and county building departments to hand delivering flyers. He handles many of the time consuming details that would keep me from giving my clients the service they deserve. Without him on my team, I wouldn’t be able to do what is necessary to run a successful real estate business. His 23 year mission to fill my life with laughter has helped me keep my sanity in what can truly be an insane business. His grounded personality helps to keep me on steady course and focused on what is most important in life on a daily basis. When he’s not helping me with business he spends time pickin’ on his mandolin, reading a good novel, or watching an old film. He is known by all his friends as the man with a plethora of useless knowledge. He’s an amateur musician and luthier, (someone who builds string instruments). In fact that’s one of his hand crafted mandolins he’s holding in the photo above. Todd can be contacted at 619-985-5017.

Judy Sullivan of Simplify Staging and Redesign is The Joles Group Design Stager and Redesigner. Staging is a fairly new career for Judy, but don’t let that fool you. As a military dependent, Judy has moved about every two years for the last twenty-five years while raising six children! As a result, this has given her the experience in setting up many different types of homes along the way. She brings a common sense approach to decorating and staging our clients homes for everyday living – having the home work for the client rather than the client working for the home. Her belief is a home can look wonderful at any time and be ready for guests, prospective buyers or simply friends, as long as it is set up correctly. She always looks forward to not only helping a family set up their home but teaching them the “how-to’s” as well. We know this about Judy, she loves a decorating challenge and especially enjoys helping those who are on a tight budget. What we really enjoy about her skills at The Joles Group is how she can transform a home so that it will appeal to a buyer’s eyes. THIS IS WHAT WE BELIEVE: Reputation is what you are supposed to be; Character is what you are. Reputation is the photograph; Character is the face. Reputation comes over from without; Character grows from within. Reputation is what you have when you come to a new community. Character is what you have when you go away. Your Reputation is earned in an hour; Your Character does not come to light for a year. A single newspaper report gives your Reputation; A life of toil gives you your Character. Reputation makes you rich or makes you poor; Character makes you happy or makes you miserable. Reputation is what men say about you on your tombstone; Character is what angels say about you before the throne of God.
