Next Year Class Assignment All parents are invited to a Focus Meeting regarding the classroom assignment for next school year. An information sheet was distributed at the last CPTA meeting. It was also sent home with your child before Spring Vacation. Please come on Thursday evening, April 7 from 7 P.M. - 8 P.M. in the Gym, or Friday morning, April 8 from 7:30 A.M. - 8:30 A.M. in the upstairs Board Room. The next CPTA meeting on April 14 will also address this for next year.

After School Care For the Safety of Your Children - We will follow this procedure: 1. The outside gate by the gym will be locked at 3:45 P.M. 2. Children waiting for a ride will be placed in PM Care by 3:45 if their ride has not arrived to pick them up 3. Children must be signed out from after school care. This protects your child and protects the school. The school’s insurance carrier insists on that procedure being in place - No Exceptions!

Please note: 1. The office is open until 4 P.M. If you are running late to pick up your children by 3:45, give us a courtesy call: we can work with an occasional disruption in your schedule. 2. We will not release your children to anyone, we do not know. 3. We will not release children to any car honking a horn out front. 4. If we know the person is authorized to pick up your child, and they or your refuse to sign out the children, you will still be charged for that PM Care. We will make a notation of the refusal on the sign out form. Thank You!
