@ the Library November 2008
Need a study space? In order to accommodate students who need to do group work there are now two study rooms available for students. One is only available to fourth year Psychology students, however there is also a general study room down in the basement. Keys for both can be collected from the library desk, but remember, you'll need to have your valid student card with you. Rules and regulations of course apply, ask at the Student Union or at the Library Desk. Both Study Rooms may be booked in advance, and you can check availability online: Gen. Study Room (The Basement of Doom) = http://url.ie/tj1 Psych. Study Room (The Asylum in the Attic) = http://url.ie/tj2 The General Study room also has a PC and should have wireless internet access. Please check with the IT department for further details on this. In order to facilitate students using these rooms the library is changing our Course Reserve policy. Students may now remove CR books from the The Rooney Library
library, however we would ask that you not take them out of the building. And remember, the two hour limit remains in force. If your books are overdue you will be charged late fees!
