Want a simple diet trick? Do you need one thing you can do that will help you lose a lot of weight? What I am going to propose is not the newest of ideas but in all my research it seems to have been over looked for the most part. The logic is simple and the reasoning behind it is sound. I am about to change your life. This simple trick to making you healthier, switch the order of your meals. Have a large breakfast, normal size lunch, and either a small salad or a bowl of soup for supper. That is it, that my simple trick. That is all you have to do to kick start a thinner healthier you. Now it is a good idea to focus on cutting fats and getting in some wholesome organically grown foods in there but that is for a later time and a different article. This will start anyone losing weight as well as producing more energy throughout the day. The morning in one of the most active time of the day for most people; therefore, it is the time that we need the most fuel. Most people stay active during the day and do a lot more moving then they do after supper. Having a large breakfast will help with providing enough energy to curve early morning snacking, to help you stay awake and give your body enough fuel to last until lunch time. The small meal of supper should be simple. A small salad or bowl of soup, a person could get creative and have their instant breakfast, oatmeal or bowl of cereal here. The whole point is to eat the amount you would normally eat for breakfast. That is it, that is all there is to it. Eat large meal for breakfast rather it be eggs, bacon, fruit salad and toast or pork chops, potatoes and corn, you just want it to be your normal supper size. Lunch stick to whatever you normally eat; follow with the amount of food you normally eat in the morning as supper. That is it. As I said before, you will eventually want to healthier foods and add in some exercise (see my article on the Squat Thrust: The all in one exercise) but for now. This one little change will be enough and you will start to see a difference.
