Какие знаковые события первого полугодия можно отметить в части ее реализации? Как всякая большая программа, инвестиционная программа КЭС сложная и включает в себя несколько циклов. Для того, чтобы лучше понимать, то что происходит сейчас, необходимо обозначить циклы программы. Мы достаточно долго готовились к реализации инвестпрограммы и, когда мы ее в начале 2010 года окончательно утвердили, работа началась очень интенсивная. В 2010 году мы начали работу с проектировщиками и занялись контрактацией. За этот год были заключили все контракты на проектирование и с осени мы уже начали активную системную работу с проектировщиками. Вхождение в проектирование большого количества проектов – в нашем случае это 16 площадок в составе всех программ – потребовало систематизации и оптимизации нашей работы. В результате было принято решение о структурировании нашей программы

IES is currently implementing a large investment program. How is the implementation going, what’s the program status? What milestones have been made in the program over the first six months of its implementation? As with any large program, the IES investment program is complex and consists of a couple of cycles. To better understand the current situation, we have to identify these cycles and where they fit in. We had spent quite a lot of time preparing for the program implementation, so when we had final approval early in 2010, the work that started was very intensive. In 2010, we started working with the design engineers and began contracting out the work. During the course of the year, all design companies were contracted and we began work with the design engineers that autumn. Including a large amount of projects into the design, and in our case that is 16 construction sites in total, required a systematic approach to the work. As a result, the decision was made to structure our program based on the use of similar equipment sets, which is what we implemented. Owing to this fact, the company uses a unified set of equipment. All of our projects are carried out on using turbines by Alstom (5 turbines), Siemens (5 turbines) and General Electric (7 turbines).
