KEY SUCCESSES INCLUDE  Successfully developed new service line with operational budgets of $4M with 5 direct reports and 24 full time staff.  Leading the hospital’s corporate strategic planning process, through all phases of design, information gathering, collaboration, validation and public launch (2012-2017; 2013-2018).  Launching numerous wellness strategies to address the chronic health needs of the hospital’s employees (e.g. cafeteria decision architecture, smoke free campus, hypertension, ‘waist’ management, stress reduction, etc.)  Raised physician referrals to clinical departments through strategic presentations to key physician groups.  Increased staff influenza vaccination compliance by 50% in one year.  Created a framework for system integration and community development of Long Term Care facilities, consisting of an actionable business strategy to achieve change, improve quality of care, and monitor/measure progress.  Led development of business case analyses (e.g. Free Medical Clinic, Cardiac Rehab, Agape House, Air Ambulance, Forensic/ Toxicology Lab, etc.)
