End of the Year Clean-Up Questions – just ask 1 – Use a flash drive to Backup “P” and “H” Drives 2 – “C” Drive – if you are moving to another room, your desktop computer stays behind and so will your “C” drive files. Use a flash drive to save your files on the “C” drive and transfer to your desktop. Delete the files from your old room desktop “C” drive. 3– Use an old cotton t-shirt to wipe off screen and to cover monitor during the summer. Be sure the monitor is off before covering.

Summer Technology Professional Development

“I daresay you haven’t had much practice,” said the Queen. “When I was your age I always did it for half-an-hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.” Lewis Carroll, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland

Infinite Campus changes will occur at the end of June. The changes will make the site easier to navigate and enter new assignments. Training will be provided.

Green Screen Assignments Several of our teachers and students have produced green screen products this year. For 2011-2012 teachers and students will need to schedule production times at least 2 weeks in advance. Students must come prepared to the production studio. All production files (word documents with speech or script, power points, pictures, videos, etc.) must be saved to a flash drive prior to production time. A25 will be the new TIS room.
