Dear Friends, The time has come to sharpen the axe. To continue to provide you with the best results and experience, I’ve packed my June schedule with real estate seminars and events to help the team improve our marketing impact, perfect our business practices, and expand our real estate expertise. I started with Robert Campbell’s Market Timing seminar in San Diego, California. Robert— an investor, developer, and broker with 46 years of real estate experience—publishes a bi-monthly newsletter called The Real Estate Timing Letter, which helps buyers and sellers capitalize on timing opportunities. His model for timing the real estate market on momentum and trends has been over 80% accurate for the last 38 years. I learned about using leading indicators to better assess the market objectively. In the future, the Rob Jensen Company will be updating our “How’s the Market?” section to include Market Momentum trends. I’m also heading up to Portland, Oregon to attend 1000Watt’s event Turn On 2018, featuring speakers with unique perspectives on marketing and real estate such as a Hollywood director, an urban street shaman, and a scientist who has discovered the true purpose of the human heart (and this isn’t the set-up for a joke). 1000Watt is a creative agency that uses innovative techniques to help real estate companies evolve, refine, and get ahead of trends in an ever-changing environment. I look forward to applying what I learn there to make your buying or selling experience more enjoyable, effective, and smooth.
