I am a self taught portrait and landscape artist before being a visual merchandiser and a designer. I have been into this pursuit since my childhood days. Over the years, I have been dabbling with wide range of surfaces and materials, finally ending up with dry media sucha as pastels and charcoal. Pastels have been my favourite media ever since I statted with it back in the year 2007.

Promo Calender

BRIEF: Brief was to design a promotional calender for a company, It had to be thematic. We had to design: cover page months pages content/ events page CONCEPT NOTE We chose THE BOMBAY STORE for it. Our theme was ‘SWADESI’. Giving the calender ‘an ethnic feel’ we designed it in a way that it looks modern but still connected to the cultural roots. We used Devnagari numericals along with modern looking caricatures which is distinct to each months events. Orange colour was taken as base colour for the background to give it ethnic feel to it.
