October 16 & 17 • The Shadle-Veasey House

1118 W. Ninth Avenue A restored home of the Comstock family, it was built in 1906 for prominent Spokane civic benefactors and pioneer merchants, Eugene Shadle and his wife, Josie Comstock Shadle. The Shadles were owners and merchants at The Crescent, one of the city’s largest and longest-running department stores.

December 11 & 12 • The Hutton House

2206 W. 17th Avenue One of Spokane’s most significant homes was built in 1914 for Levi and Mae Arkwright Hutton. The Huttons, who made their fortune in mining, were noted humanitarians and civic benefactors. Their mansion has been lovingly restored by Karen and Doug Sonnenborn to its original condition.

109 W. Sumner This beautifully restored Kirtland Cutter home, on one of Spokane’s most prestigious streets, was built in 1907. A remarkable home, new to the Historic Homes series!

April 9 & 10 • The Mack-Kane House

734 E. 23rd Avenue This wonderful and unique four-gabled Craftsman home was built in 1912, and was recently featured in American Bungalow Magazine.
