A WOMAN has been charged with seriously assaulting a council worker and threatening to burn down Fingal County Coun-
cil offices with a plastic bottle filled with petrol and a lighter. Melissa Joyce (23) of St Mary’s Park in Finglas appeared before Blanchardstown District Court this
week. She is accused of bringing a lighter and a plastic bottle filled with petrol into the offices of Fingal County Council on Grove Road, Blanchardstown on Tuesday,
