Possibly the Best Way to Stay Fit Staying fit is a way of life for most people and it is no different for me. Since as long as I can remember I had always been the active sort and running, playing some sort of sport or working out used to be a major part of my existence. However, an unfortunate injury to my lower back meant that I was unable to work out at the gym any more and playing a sport was out of the question, if I did not want to aggravate my injury any more. So, I was in search now of something new that would keep me fit and also not put much stress on my lower back. The most suitable thing that I could think of was Yoga and once I came to know of its benefits I was really looking forward to it. I bought a beginners' yoga guide from a book shop and read up on it during my leisure. After I had read up thoroughly on the beginners' yoga guide that I had bought I enrolled in the local Yoga school to start learning the ropes of this amazing ancient practice. The best thing about Yoga is that it does not only keep you fit but also helps in killing stress at the end of a tiring day. I must add that Yoga is heavily dependant on the ancient practice of meditation and the exercises are easy on the body irrespective of how the exercises might look for the uninitiated. I would recommend Yoga to anyone who wants to stay fir and keep stress at bay as well.
