EXPERIENCE 2011 – 2012 | Design Assistant, Graciela Rutkowski Interiors, Seattle, WA. Coordinated with clients, vendors, contractors and purchasing agents throughout the design and specification process to ensure that projects adhered to outlined goals. Overhauled financial tracking measures to ensure profitability & analyzed spending. Provided AutoCAD services for elevation and plan drawings, furniture layouts, custom furniture, lighting and design intent drawings. Implemented Design Manager as a way to better manage projects and ordering, as well as to align bookkeeping efforts. Provided marketing consult for impending ad campaign and web design services for re-launched home page. Performed the wide-ranging, day-to-day management of the office including administrative support, bookkeeping and invoicing. 2008 – 2009 | Account Manager, DDB Worldwide, Seattle, WA. Clients: Holland America Line, Amtrak, Amtrak Cascades Day-to-day agency contact on all client projects. Improved client/agency relationship by strengthening the level of client service and quality control. Coordinated and executed an international advertising campaign in the Netherlands and Australia -- Functions included oversight of newspaper, consumer and trade ad design as well as media planning. Lead an internal team in the development of a new job creation and tracking system used throughout the agency. 2007-2008 | Assistant Account Manager, DDB Worldwide, Seattle, WA. Clients: The North Face, Genentech, Equality California, Swedish Medical Center Aligned with clients to strengthen existing relationships and ensure all expectations were met. Lead creative, production and media teams to create and produce TV, radio, out of home and print campaigns. Maintained multi-million dollar media and production budgets. Managed external vendors to produce creative on budget and in a timely manner. 2006 – 2007 | Account Management Intern & Apprentice, DDB Worldwide, Seattle, WA. Clients: McDonald’s, Swedish Medical Center, The North Face, Amtrak Cascades, Microsoft Assistant on all product and campaign work throughout the agency’s account management division. Assisted creative teams with research and developed strategies behind multiple viral, guerilla, print, and brand identity projects. Researched and developed pitch presentations to potential clients for new business opportunities. PROJECT: GRAPHIC PRESENTATION PROJECT DESCRIPTION Coursework provided opportunities to learn and improve upon graphic presentation styles necessary to the profession. Studies included the use of Photoshop, handdrawing, rendering with ink and pencil, as well as the combined use of techniques to achieve presentation drawings.
