VILLA ZEFI Freelance Project - 09/2018>12/2018 Project for a villa in Albania. I was asked to design a villa on three levels, with two independent entrances for the future separation of the property. The final design has its main entrance throw a porch, in front of the living room with the front facade facing south-east. The second floor has another living room with kitchen and two bedrooms.

SAGNELLI ASSOCIATI Collaboration - 09/2017>05/2018 Collaboration with the architectural firm was about the preliminary design and the detailed design of varoius projects. During these seven months, I dealt particularly with the following: •Preliminary and then the detailed design and documetation of “Fabbrica Center”, a social enterprise planned to be built in Bollate, a town near Milan. •Documentation for the renovation of the boiler room of a building in the in the city center of Milan. •Drawing up plans, elevations and sections for an histrical building in the in the city center of Milan. •Various measured surveys, drawing up plans, elevations and sections.

ARTIFICI WORKSHOP Collaboration - 03/2017>07/2017 The competition commissioned by the “Belle Saison” Foundation was about the design of an house for elderly people. The old building, expected for demolition, was built on a slope. The call was requiring two care units (intended for psychiatric care) and two living units for a total number of 64 rooms. The project “La Cour Verte” is composed by two linear blocks for the rooms, following the hills’ line, joined by two buildings for connection, used for secondary services. The result is a South-facing building with a large indoor courtyard garden, a joyful place for elderly guests.

JUST AROUND THE CORNER Thesis Project - 2016 The main purpose of the project is a ÂŤwidespread hotelÂť that could reconnect an area of the city located between via Legnano and Corso Garibaldi in Milan. It has a different shape in relation of the urban space that uses. A parking, an abandoned site and a flat roof became part of a system as new private and public spaces. The project has the purpose to connect its parts with the historical context that them surrounds.

GROUND LEVELS Academic Project - 2014 The project reuses the former hotel Isolabella, located at the ring of old canals. With the introduction of two new structures located in the courtyard of the building, it makes possible the triple entrance to reconnect with the 3 principal axes of the area. In this way, the path you enter in the back of the former hotel going to create a new space with different levels, as different functions, such as a bar/restaurant and an exhibition hall. Historically the hotel, taking advantage of its location just outside the historic center, served as a tavern later, in the early decades of the XX century has become just a hotel.

NEW CENTRAL LIBRARY FOR MILAN Academic Project - 2009 The project involves the redesign of the Central library of Milan located at the intersection of Corso di Porta Vittoria and Via Francesco Sforza, in the city center. The overall dimensions of the volumes, the proportions and alignments are studied according to the yet built environment. The relationship with the Sormani, the historical library of Milan, can be also discovered from the main entrance of the new building: it matches the exit of the park of the old library. A large common area extends throughout the building and instead, for reading and studying, there are more intimate spaces. The distance of the rooms is solved with many connections, which made possible to reach all different levels.
