Winemaking: Young white fermented between 12 and 15 C with three months ageing with its own lees. Tasting notes: Pale hue with a tinge of green, follows such a lovely, open, lifted nose, full of orange, grapefruit, pear and peach stones, apples and talcy minerals, and the freshness of crashing surf. This vivacity carries through onto the palate, which shows some fatness although with delightful, precise, very well defined fruit and acidity, great persistence on the finish.

Tasting notes: Deep dark bright red colour with light ruby tones. Perfectly integrated powerful intense notes in nose of red and black fruits (blackberry, raspberry), with sweet spices (cinnamon, black pepper) and vanilla. Lively full body mouthfeel of fruits, ripe, concentrated and velvety tannins, Long and elegant on the finish with a wide range of aromas (dark fruits, spices).
