Once upon a time there was a girl who wanted to become psychologist and help people. But somehow she ended up becoming a graphic designer. After three years of ups and downs, with diploma in her hand, she thought to herself: “Well that excalated quickly!’’ Was this decision the right one? Am I on the right path? Am I talented enough to be a designer? Do I work hard enough to be a designer? And most importantly, do I enjoy what I do? “YES! Absolutely!’’

Personal Project that includes: Sparkles! Rebelious colour not bounded by frames Smooth lines Even more sparkles And there is a CAT I would say that these are truly magical icons
Back in college I got a really interesting assignment: To illustrate ABC letters in the font of your choice and to make every single pictogram personal; aka show things you love/like P.S. I chose Montserrat
Can you tell what each letter symbolises?
Here is an answer of two of my personal favourite ones
This is my cup of tea/coffee. Illustrating. Colours... Shapes... So simple, yet so difficult. And, oh, so versatile. Little stories, unique characters. Mood and emotions. What do I want people, who look at my illustrations, to feel? Happy?
There are so many possibilities and I want to try them all.

Personal Project: Changing seasons Total of 12 flat design illustrations of animals in winter, spring, summer and autumn (2017). I wanted to create something heart-warming. Something you could see in children books or cartoons. Every seasons has its distinct colours and each animal has a small humanistic detail (frog has a bow tie and etc.).

My first introduction to web design and UX was in college, when I got an assignment to find an ugly website and re-design it. I found this website, that was crying for help: “Please, turn me into something easy and friendly to use“ This is the screenshot of the website I chose www.europosparkas.lt/index-lt.htm
So I have made lots of different sketches until I settled with my final design. You can see my attempts over there
Final design Website was supposed to be inviting to come and see the exhibitions and get the information about upcoming events. That is why I DID NOT USE: * lots of elements * bright compulsory colours * difficult to read fancy fonts
What I DID USE: * lines for clearance * simple elegant fonts * green and brown colours
Magazine I made a lifestyle & culture based magazine concept from scratch. Created all the layout, chose fonts and key colours, searched for balance in visuals and text, added details such as floating ornaments, all in order to create continous and harmonious design. This was a real pleasure to make.
Graduation project Until this day, one of the biggest projects I have done is my graduation project. I got an offer from a publishing house to make a whole book. And so I did! I created 30 full colour illustrations, made a whole book layout and put the visuals and text together. The book is ABC (in lithuanian, my native language) of animals, for children who are learning letters and how to read. That is why there are so many colours and characters with big eyes and childish attitude.
