LOCATIONS Downtown Miami The view from a sleek office or hotel tower tells the story in Downtown Miami — busy streets, teeming with businesspeople and tourists; the distinctive facades of entertainment showpieces and shopping enclaves; enormous cruise ships and other vessels docked at one of the world’s busiest ports; and shimmering in the distance, Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. This is urban living, Miami style — surrounded by palm trees, flavored by cultural variety and wrapped in sunshine and balmy temperatures year round

Coconut Grove Settled by Bahamian pioneers along with an eclectic group of scientists, writers and other intellectuals, Coconut Grove is one of Greater Miami’s original neighborhoods and still maintains its historiccharms, which visitors will discover at places like The Barnacle, homeof early settler Ralph Munroe; and the palatial Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, former winter residence of industrialist James Deering.

Coral Gables One of the nation’s first fully planned communities, Coral Gables was created in the 1920s by Miami pioneer George Merrick, who named this slice of Old Europe after his boyhood home, a gabled coral mansion on Coral Way that has been restored and is open to the public. Despite continued development, and thanks to careful preservation, Coral Gables is one of Greater Miami’s most prosperous, picturesque neighborhoods, with a long list of activities and attractions to entice visitors and locals alike. Sunny Isles Beach Sunny Isles Beach is well situated for shopping excursions. A free community shuttle service is available to nearby Aventura Mall. The upscale Bal Harbour Shops are also nearby. While the resorts on Sunny Isles Beach offer their own acclaimed dining venues, the area is filled with delicious options for lunch and dinner.

Doral Located just west of Miami International Airport, the vibrant and dynamic community of Doral offers a serene suburban lifestyle mixed with all the commodities of big city life. One of the fastestgrowing cities in Greater Miami, Doral routinely appears on the annual “best of” lists of various national publications due to its mix of business advantages and lifestyle appeal.

Bal Harbour Discreet elegance is the keynote of Bal Harbour, a one-of-a-kind enclave that embodies both sophistication and small-towncharm. Bal Harbour is a pedestrian-friendly community of world-class resorts, condos, shops and beaches, with a handful of luxury resorts complementing low-rise apartment buildings and beautiful single-family homes.

Key Biscayne One of Key Biscayne’s most popular attractions is Crandon Park, whose two-mile beach is consistently named among the top 10 beaches in the nation. Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Recreation Area, at the southern tip of the key, is home to beautiful beaches and a historic lighthouse.

Little Havana Little Havana lives up to its name by being a slice of the home left behind by Cubans in the 1960s. Today’s Little Havana is a thriving community with a lively central business district, whose “Main Street” is Southwest Eighth Street, or Calle Ocho. Hispanic culture permeates everything in Little Havana — colorful murals, monuments to heroes past and present, daily domino games at Domino Park, and cigar rollers deep at work amid Little Havana’s ever-present aroma of Cuban coffee.
