Alkal-Life™ Potatoes LEVEL Easy

Salt and pepper Alkal-Life™ water 3 pounds of Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes Olive or vegetable oil Finely chopped rosemary and parsley 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced

Preparation 1. Wash potatoes. 2. Pre-heat your oven to 450° F/ 230° C. Cooking 1. Fill a pot with Alkal-Life™ pH 9.5 water and add salt and potatoes. When the water begins to boil, reduce to a simmer. Allow the potatoes to cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Your potatoes are done when you can easily push a knife into them. 2. When the potatoes are done, drain them and set aside. 3. Make the potato seasoning. Add oil to a pan and fry the garlic with rosemary and black pepper. When the garlic turns golden brown add the seasoning to the potatoes. 4. Shake or stir the potato mixture vigorously. It is important to build up a slight mashed potato like paste on the outer surface of the potato. 5. Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and place it in the oven. After 20 minutes, flip the potatoes and continue baking until nice and brown. 6. When done, transfer to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy! Notes Alkal-Life™ water helps to break down the outer surface of the potatoes so a slightly creamy texture can build up when mixing.
