Global Sleep Industry Worth Billions “After close to 20 years of studying how infrared rays and negative ions affect our body, I believe we can contribute to the science of sleep” says Mr. Calvin Kim, CEO of Richway & Fuji Bio.
Why the Orgone Biomat™, and why now? Studies have consistently shown; American’s need more sleep and better quality sleep. “After close to 20 years of studying how infrared rays and negative ions affect our body, I believe we can contribute to the science of sleep,” said Mr. Calvin Kim, CEO of Richway & Fuji Bio. The potential for our ISAs is huge, and sleep deprived people are always looking for better bedding products. After all, according to a report done in 2014 by The International Sleep Products Association (ISPA), 35 million people bought mattresses in the U.S. alone. The industry is worth billions. In 2014, U.S. consumers spent $14.2 billion as reported in the 2015 Furniture Today’s Consumer Buying Trends Overview report, and the numbers continue to rise. Lack of sleep is a symptom of our modern lifestyles, and it is not exclusive to America. In Korea, the overworked populace has contributed to the nation’s rapid economic growth. As Koreans began to put more importance on their quality of life, they began to realize the importance of a good night’s sleep. Thus began the sleep aid boom, fueled by customers who do not hesitate to buy high end products to help them get a good night’s sleep. The market is made up of a variety of products, from over the counter pills, to aromatic diffusers and specialized pillows and mattresses. The sleep industry has been growing in advanced economies. In Korea, 2014 figures reached $916 million, but it pales in comparison to the $41 billion by U.S. consumers in 2015. According to Consumer Reports, an American magazine dedicated to unbiased reporting U.S. figures are expected to reach $52 billion by 2020. Lack of quality sleep will remain an ongoing issue, so there will be many new opportunities to introduce people to the Orgone Biomat™.

More Than One Third of American’s Lack Sleep Sleep – it is the foundation for a healthy life. Yet despite its importance, with the increasing demands of a modern lifestyle, it is often put off as the lowest priority in the average person’s hectic day. A prolonged lack of good quality sleep can wreak havoc on the human body. With many unable to attain a good night’s rest, what can be done to fix this?
According to the Centers for Disease Control, 35 percent of US adults fail to achieve the recommended seven hours of sleep a night.

ccording to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), 35 percent of US adults fail to achieve the recommended seven hours of sleep a night. To further compound this troubling statistic, a 2014 poll conducted by the National Sleep Foundation (NSF) revealed that of those who were attaining the recommended number of hours of sleep a night, 35 percent of Americans still reported a quality of sleep of “poor” or “fair,” and 20 percent of Americans reported that they did not wake up feeling refreshed. While sleep deprivation is an issue facing all age groups, a 2013 Gallup poll indicated that those between the ages of 18 and 29 receive the least amount of sleep. 46 percent of those polled within this age group stated they receive six hours or less of sleep nightly. The NSF recommends at least seven hours of sleep for this age group. Without sleep, the risk of personal injury increases In some extreme cases, a longterm lack of sleep can lead to micro sleep. Micro sleep is when you fall asleep for a few seconds to a few minutes without realizing it. This is the body’s last ditch effort in forcing you to get the much needed rest it needs. Micro sleeping is especially dangerous for those operating heavy machinery, including those who are driving. Lack of sleep can and has lead to serious accidents both on the roads and in the sky. In 1999, American Airlines Flight 1420 crashed in Little Rock, Arkansas. Pilot fatigue was one of the main contributing factors in the crash. In October 2008, pilots flying Go! Airlines Flight 1002 fell asleep mid-flight and missed their destination by 15 miles. Fortunately, nobody was injured from the incident. It was reported that tight schedules may have been to blame for the pilots’ exhaustion.

Didn’t get enough sleep? Your skin tells all. Sleep is not just something the body does to restore energy for the next day. The purpose of sleep is complex, with the body completing many tasks to ultimately keep itself in optimal shape. Aside from replenishing energy, it enables the body to properly re-grow tissue and repair tissue damage. This can be seen physically by the appearance of one’s skin. Skin produces more collagen while you are asleep, which helps to prevent sagging, an increase in wrinkles and eye puffiness, and a dull complexion. It affects your insides, too The effects of sleep deprivation go well beyond the appearance of skin. Long-term sleep deprivation can have serious implications for one’s physical and mental health. Sleep is just as much a necessity for the human body as is food and water. Studies done by Harvard Medical School indicate that a lack of sleep can be a risk factor for obesity, diabetes, heart disease and hypertension. A study released by the journal Hypertension revealed that the quality of your sleep, not just the amount, could have effects on your blood pressure. Researchers found that men who achieved less deep sleep were more likely to have sleep apnea and sleep less over all. This group was also at the greatest risk for high blood pressure. Lack of sleep causes our bodies to produce more cortisol, a hormone released when the body is under stress. Excess cortisol is believed to negatively affect the way the body uses nutrients and also contributes to belly fat. Your immune system is also vulnerable to the effects of sleep deprivation. Studies have consistently shown that those who do not get enough good quality sleep are more prone to get sick from exposure to illnesses such as the common cold. Sleep helps the
DECEMBER 2016 RICHWAY WAVELENGTH 11
immune system to release proteins that are needed when an infection of inflammation occurs in the body. Depriving the body of sleep may reduce the production of the proteins, and the production of antibodies is also reduced. Habits can be adjusted, and tools can be utilized to attain optimal sleep. We delve into a few of the major mistakes that people of this generation make that may prevent them from getting good sleep. Reducing the impact from artificial light Recently, it has been understood that looking at electronic screens at night can disrupt the body’s natural sleep rhythm. Electronics with screens, such as smartphones, televisions, and computer screens emit a wavelength of blue light, which causes the human eye to signal the brain to suppress melatonin production. Melatonin is the hormone which causes us to feel sleepy. The reason for this response is due to the body’s relation with sunlight. When we are exposed to the natural light from the sun, the brain registers our sleep patterns based on natural sunlight. When we introduce artificial light to our eyes during night time hours, this “throws off” our body’s natural sleep rhythm. While many of us rely heavily on technologies such as smartphones, it is recommended to avoid using them at least 60 minutes before bed, so the body can adjust to producing melatonin when it’s time to sleep. Some tech companies are also introducing blue light filters or modes to their screens. These filters reduce the amount of blue light that is emitted from the screen during night time hours or when manually set by the user. This can help to lessen the impact that the screen may have on our sleep pattern. Be smart with caffeine intake Reaching for that second or third cup of coffee or tea could cost you when it is time to hit the sheets. According to the National Academy of Sciences, the average half-life of caffeine in the body is about five hours. This means that it could take up to a whole day for that one cup of coffee you drank in the morning to flush out of your body. Adding a second or third cup of coffee in the middle of your day will affect your quality of sleep, as much of the caffeine is still present in your body by nightfall. Caffeine is notoriously an effective stimulant of the central nervous system. Limit your intake of coffee and tea to one cup in the morning to help your body wind down by the evening. Refrain from energy drinks which contain additional stimulants aside from caffeine. Reducing your caffeine intake will also help to keep your body from building

up a tolerance to it. This will also help you maintain your energy and alertness naturally throughout the day. Try an Orgone Biomat® The team at Richway and Fuji Bio has been hard at work developing a new tool to assist you in a better night’s sleep. The Orgone Biomat ® has all of the great qualities of the original Biomat® without some of the traits that may have prevented you from spending an entire night on one. The Orgone Biomat® replaces the natural amethyst stone layer with an amethyst fabric layer. Richway and Fuji Bio uses microencapsulation technology to infuse amethyst into our special amethyst fabric of the Orgone Biomat®. This allows the Orgone Biomat® to emit the same high-quality far infrared rays as the original Biomat®. These powerful rays will help to soothe and relax the body after a long day’s work and bring a sense of calm to the mind. For added comfort, Richway and Fuji Bio incorporates its Bioclay Memory Foam layer which supports and cradles the user’s natural body shape. The calming effects of far-infrared technology combined with the exclusive comfort features of the Orgone Biomat® are a formula that Richway and Fuji Bio believes will provide you with the best sleep you will ever experience.
Sleep Tips American’s need better quality of sleep. It is recommended to get a healthy dose of seven hours each night in order to reduce risk of obesity, high blood pressure, mental distress and heart disease. As reported in this article, the inaugural Sleep Health Index™ by the NSF reported 35 percent of American’s rate their sleep quality as “poor.” Follow these tips for a good night’s rest. 1. Keep a consistent sleep schedule. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. This helps to regulate your body’s internal clock. Staying up later and sleeping in longer can shift your natural rhythm and affect you the same way jet lag does. 2. Stay away from your smartphone before bed. Harvard researchers have shown blue light from smart phones, computers and televisions will suppress melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleepwake cycles twice as much when compared to green light. 3. Use the Biomat® or Orgone Biomat™ to relax your body and soothe your muscles. Switch to negative ion mode at night. 4. Sleep on a comfortable mattress. Many people use their mattresses beyond their life expectancy. The Orgone Biomat™ contains Bio-clay memory foam to support your body. 5. Watch what you eat and drink. Drinking too much before bed can lead to middle of the night trips to the toilet. Stay away from stimulants like caffeine as the effects can take hours to wear off. 6. Search the internet for more tips. There are many tips for a good night’s sleep. Try them out. However, if you still struggle with sleep do not hesitate to speak with a doctor. 3 Popular & Easy
SpiritualPractices By Jennifer Lyall
reating a spiritual practice can sound like an overwhelming task for someone who is new on their spiritual journey. The important thing to remember is to just begin with one thing that you can incorporate easily. Then, when you have created a habit with that one practice, you can consider adding more activities that bring you joy and peace. Here are three popular spiritual practices that you may consider beginning with. You can begin with any of these practices. Each one is very easy to implement and will bring you a shift within the first few days of beginning. Select whichever practice appeals to you the most. 1. Meditation A lot of people have preconceptions on what it means to meditate. I know that before I began meditating, I avoided it because I thought I had to sit still for hours on a pillow with no thoughts in my mind. A 21 day meditation course I took revealed that there are many different forms of meditation, included guided meditation, which is really helpful for beginners. I learned that I could begin with a short meditation less than ten minutes long, which seemed more manageable and easier to add into my daily routine. The piece that really helped me with getting started with meditation was when I discovered that I didn’t have to empty my head of thoughts, and that even monks who have been meditating for years have thoughts. The trick is to not focus on the thoughts when meditating. Meditation is a great stress reliever and is now being recommended by medical
14  RICHWAY WAVELENGTH DECEMBER 2016
doctors to help their patients with a variety of health issues. 2. Journaling Writing down your ideas, thoughts, feelings and experiences is a great way to let them out. There is something special about putting pen to paper to let energy flow out of you. Too often we keep things buried inside of us and the simple action of getting this out on paper is almost like relieving a burden inside. A journal can capture positive experiences, sad events and help you with working out how you feel about situations. Your journal can track your spiritual journey and allow you to discover how much you grow in time. It is a wonderful and easy way to let your thoughts and emotions out, and you can get started with any kind of notebook as your journal. It doesn’t have to be fancy unless you want it to be. 3. Gratitude I wasn’t aware of how much I complained until I began a gratitude practice. Now, every day before I drift off to sleep, I take a moment to think about what and who I am grateful for in the day. This keeps my mind positive as I drift off to sleep. When we talk to people we often share our problems, and forget to recognize what we are grateful for. This shift in focus can help you have a positive attitude in life with wonderful spillover effects. These three simply daily experiences can be easily woven into your day. You can pick just one and set aside five minutes each day to begin. Then, as you establish a routine, consider extending the time in your practice by either doing the activity longer, or adding in another spiritual practice that calls to your heart. What is Intended Use? ISA’s are often side swiped for their lack of understanding of the FDA’s definition of intended use. If you have ever wondered why we asked you to remove a statement from your website this article is for you.

ave you read our Marketing Guide for Independent Sales Associates? It covers just about everything you need to know when marketing our products. Following it carefully will keep both you and Richway out of any trouble with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Since the release of the guide, many of our ISA’s have learned the “do’s and don’ts” when creating their own marketing materials. Learning what we can and can’t say isn’t always as easy as it sounds. Simply using the wrong word can turn an intriguing headline into a disease claim. By reading and understanding our guide, you will be able to steer clear of making misleading claims. One term which often trips up ISAs is the meaning of intended use. The intended use of a product can affect how a product will be regulated, whether it will be regulated as a drug, or if it is an off-label claim. As many supplement manufacturers have found out, the FDA will label a product a drug regardless of its ingredients and whether or not the manufacturer considers it a drug. In the Code of Federal Regulations, the FDA defines intended use (21CFR 801.4) as: “… Refer to the objective intent of the persons legally responsible for the labeling of devices. The intent is determined by such persons’ expressions or may be shown by the circumstances surrounding the distribution of the article.” What does this mean, and why does this matter?
18 RICHWAY WAVELENGTH DECEMBER 2016
The FDA considers everything made to market our products as “labeling.” All of the written, printed and graphic materials (including any advertising) falls under this category and is subject to FDA scrutiny. The FDA will determine a products objective intent by its labeling, advertising, websites and oral and written statements made from our company or any ISA. Example 1 Our recently released arthritis brochure promotes the Biomat® for arthritis pain relief. If an ISA were to say to a customer, “By the way it is also effective for Lyme disease,” this would be considered an off label claim. The Biomat® is approved for a particular use and by promoting it for an off label claim, the product can be considered misbranded leading to civil and criminal penalties. Example 2 You make a flyer about the Biomat® and say it helps with minor back pain. However, the FDA views a video on your YouTube channel saying the Biomat® helps with cancer, they will conclude the true intent is not for back pain. Steer clear of making off label claims by using the latest flyers, brochures and videos. Always update your materials to match ours. If we are not saying it, there is probably is a reason why. (add link) You can learn all about intended use and more by reading the updated Marketing Guide for Independent Sales Associates and viewing our FDA and FTC compliance PowerPoint. Rockin’ On the Rock Sends waves of enthusiasm for new Orgone Biomat™… If you were on Marco Island Halloween weekend you were basking in the energy of new found friends, old acquaintances, and a tidal wave of knowledge shared by our very own ISAs! The backgrounds and knowledge base of our presenters and attendees was impressive.

ISAs came from Australia, Brazil, Canada and all over the United States. The CEO Jeanna & Calvin Kim along with Janelle, traveled from Hawaii to support us in this marathon of learning and celebration. Learn by day, and enjoy each other by night, the evening entertainment each night was amazing! Thursday evening kicked off our Rockin’ Energy with a concert by J. Roberts. His new show, “The Florida Fiddler” taught us about South and Central Florida’s history through the fiddle, guitar, mandolin and later with the harmonica and steel drums. Those of you who have attended previous Florida Conferences will recall him fondly as we danced the night away to his Steel Drum & Congas Island rhythms.
ALOHA!!!!!!! Is our traditional morning welcome wake-up call, and so it begins… Friday began with a welcome from Jeanna and then the learning began. Our goal, to introduce the science and technology in a way everyone can understand, appreciate, and still be able to convey that in a nut shell to clients. How to “share” the knowledge and not “sell” the knowledge. Dr Nelson Marquina introduced Negative Ions, and ruled the day along with Mr. Kim’s future vision for Richway and ISA. Detoxi™ was explained through blood analysis and the new Rejuvena Premium™ was demonstrated. We ended with an amazing class on infrared, a perfect segue to end early so we could enjoy a sunset cruise

on the Marco Princess, having the boat all to ourselves. Out on the Gulf, and inter coastal waterways we cruised, where fish jumped and birds followed, serenaded by Sabrina, another conference favorite. She gets people up dancing and moving like you wouldn’t believe! Great conversation, cocktails and nibbles too. A great start to our knowledge packed weekend. Saturday began with yoga for those who are early risers. To set the tempo of the day and the energy of the room we had a great introspective ZEN Vision talk “What is your WHY,” followed by a Jin Shin Jyutsu meditation. A lecture on sleep and brain function was an eye opener given by Dr. Sherron Marquina, and laid the ground work for the orgone information that followed. After lunch we spoke
about business building and Janelle schooled a resistant audience on FDA and FTC compliance. A tough subject to understand and embrace, but so strategically important. This topic requires continuing education and Richway will put together statements and more flyers that we all can use to entice and excite our sharing vocabulary. Then, Mr. Kim introduced our NEW ORGONE BIOMAT™ and BIOMAT AROMA STAND™, which was set up at the back of the room for attendees to try throughout the weekend. We had to pry more than one ISA off the Orgone Biomat™ so others could try! Talk about excitement! This was followed by an energizing “Social Media” talk which had us all snapping selfies to share. The highlight of this day is always the RAFFLE EXTRAVAGANZA and the
fabulously fun cocktail and dinner costume banquet! Last call for raffle tickets happens at lunch and then ISA’s line those tickets up and start doing ritual chants and hand movements waving good JuJu over their raffle tickets trying to influence the ticket draw, ready to spring up from the powerful intention they have set to win Richway’s incredible line of products, of which one of everything was raffled including 2 Queen Orgone Biomat’s™-that’s right TWO and the new BIOMAT AROMA STAND™. The energy in the room is so ecstatic as everyone cheers on the winners and shares in their joy! Only to be followed by our FAMOUS Halloween Cocktail Dinner Banquet. Creativity never ceases to amaze me! Guessing who people are under their costumes or masks is part of the DECEMBER 2016 RICHWAY WAVELENGTH 21
fun. You truly understand the creative heart and minds of our ISAs when you understand that they flew on a plane to get here and managed to pack their costumes too! From the simplest to the intricate, some took the wrapping paper from teacher and ISA gifts to create “Headgear Magic,” those who wished they had brought a prop or two could select from an array of provided masks. Whether you chose to dress up or not, everyone had a good time. Mr. Kim treated all to the Marriott’s Signature Dinner Buffet, saying “Only the best for his ISAs.” A feast for the eyes and tummy.

BUT…No fears…It didn’t take long to eat and the revelry to begin! Donna & the Dynamo’s (Of Mama Mia fame) kicked the dancing off with “Dancing Queens” and the night was on Rockin’ Out to Radio Flyer, the best Rockin’ Roll band you could ever imagine! For two hours we danced the night away with a surprise guest appearance from Elvis…Yes Elvis (Mr. Kim) sang his heart out in PERFECT English! Roses given received kisses as he didn’t skip a beat singing to his Orgone Glimmering Goddess! Mr. Kim now has received requests that he “sing” his talks to us! Then the Phantom of the Opera (Prentiss Molden) broke out in blues and harmonica! Who knew we had such a talented bunch! It even blew the bands minds!!!! Not to mention the costumes…Effie, a Hippie Chick,
Pirate, Ninja, Gia, Moonbeam, Fairy, Ravens, so many creative fun ideas….
We hope the photos shared with you will inspire you to attend next year’s 20th Anniversary Conference!

here are so many reasons why people choose to be a part of the Richway & Fuji Bio family. Some people are attracted to the business opportunity, others love the Biomat® and want to spread the word, and some simply stumble across us. This is what happened to Jennifer Lyall one day while strolling through a trade show. “I wasn’t even looking for it at the time, it found me” said Jennifer. Unbeknownst to her, Jennifer’s future sponsor Ramona Ng invited her to try the Biomat® because she could tell how exhausted she was. “After chatting with her and relaxing for about 15 minutes, I got up and felt like I could walk through the whole show all over again. The best part was that I slept well that night. Which is what my body really needed.” She purchased a Mini Biomat® and eventually signed up recalled Ramona, “To this day, Jennifer is always quick to help out and is generous with information, advice and everything else regardless of where the person is placed. I really feel like this attitude is part of what makes her so special and so successful. What goes around comes around for sure.” This first encounter, with an amethyst Biomat® began Jennifer’s quest to discover her calling. The Merriam Webster dictionary defines calling as “a strong inner impulse toward a particular course of action especially when accompanied by conviction of divine influence.” Thus began Jennifer’s journey into alternative practices. Her first experience with natural wellness was when she used a midwife to deliver her children. Since then, she created Liv Healthy, a website providing viewers with a wealth of information on vitamins, healthy eating and food allergy resources as well as an alternative health practitioner listing. On her website, Jennifer states “Living healthy is an evolution and not something that happens overnight. It is about getting back to the basics of a healthy lifestyle and taking the simple steps that will lead to rewarding results. This new site is about enabling people to have access to information that will help them within their own timelines and schedules.” She explains to us, “I was so curious about healthy living, it was all new to me and I wanted to connect with people who shared this passion, and inspire others to consider a more natural approach to living.” Around the same time Jennifer started Vitamin Junkeys a video podcast she co-hosted with Naturopathic Doctor Jean Jacques Duguoa. The program tackled everything from vitamins and health tips to natural remedies. “I found that while it was great, I didn’t believe in myself, because I didn’t DECEMBER 2016 RICHWAY WAVELENGTH 27
have any certifications or formal training in the wellness field.” In her next phase, Jennifer went back to her roots in the corporate sphere. Knowing businesses lack the knowledge she had to offer, Jennifer began to offer wellness training. Unfortunately, this came at a time when corporations were making big cutbacks in staff and lots of local corporations were closing down. “I came to a place where I knew I was meant to do something more, but I didn’t know what. So I gave myself time and space to discover and my world opened up to a spiritual wonderland. I discovered dowsing, learned more about crystals, and meditation.” Her latest venture, Your Soul Connection was born when Jennifer realized she was clairsentient, the ability to feel the physical and emotional states of others. She uses
28 RICHWAY WAVELENGTH DECEMBER 2016
her ability to help people heal their souls and understand themselves on a deeper level bringing clarity and peace. “I now offer Spiritual Mentoring, Intuitive Guidance and Workshops, and I consider myself a Soul Guide, helping people with navigating their spiritual path, especially those who are new on their journey.” During her journey, Jennifer has been selling Biomat’s® all along the way. “The biggest struggle I had in the beginning, was simply believing in myself. I am not a healthcare practitioner with formal training, so I questioned why anyone would want to listen to me or buy a Biomat® from me.” “Then, I realized that my dedication to product knowledge and customer service is a big asset that helps me
stand out from others.” She credits the staff at Richway for help in understanding our products. “The team at head office is fantastic. They always get back to me to answer my questions. I really appreciate the conversations I have with Renee in particular, because she explains technical aspects of the product in easy to understand language which I can share with my [customers].” New ISA’s often struggle with the same problems she once faced. Jennifer’s sage advice is “to believe in yourself. There was something inside of you that inspired you to bring the Biomat® into your life and to become an ISA. Believe in that inspiration. It was presented to you for a way to help people and to help yourself. Be brave. Share your voice and the Biomat® in your local community.”
So where is her journey heading? Right now, it’s all online. “As I started to share more content online, I started getting more traffic to my website, resulting in more sales. I also had to become clear with my intentions for the business. [During] the first five years I made very few sales. It’s been in the recent years that I’ve built momentum.” Fellow ISA Koi Neah has mentored Jennifer and helped her to grow her business. “I know a lot of my more recent growth has been thanks to her suggestions and coaching. Koi Neah and I have also partnered on creating additional online training for [our] entire team.” “I really appreciate Jennifer’s positive and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of her business and it has certainly resulted in her being regarded as an expert when it comes to the Biomat® and other Richway products” says Koi Neah. The future continues to evolve for Jennifer. “Now, I’m about to embark on bringing things all together, with Liv Healthy focusing on mind, body and spiritual wellness. In the coming year, I’ll be making big changes to my website and blending both aspects of my business together, because personal wellness is truly the foundation for both.” When she reflects back on the start of her journey, it seems like it was all predestined. She states “Hindsight is 20/20. In the book, The Book of Stones by Naisha Ashian and Robert Simmons they talk about how amethyst is often the first stone people are attracted to on their spiritual journey.” Now Jennifer knows her calling, “it’s about inspiring people to find their truth, their soul’s purpose and [to] live a healthy, radiant life. I love what I do, now it’s simply fine tuning how I express it in the world.”

Have you ever wondered why your website does not show up on the top results of a search engine? It may be because of a technique called search engine optimization (SEO). This technique utilizes un-paid search engine results to increase visibility on the web. In our competitive market, SEO is important and will help your business to grow.
any consumers search the web before making a purchase. They enter a search query into the search bar, and a list of relevant results will appear. Most people will only visit the websites on the top of the list, and studies have shown less than ten percent of web traffic makes it past page one. The bottom line is this: If your website is not on the top of the list your customers will never find you. How do search engines work? Search engines explore the entire internet gathering up information from every page of every website. According to Google, there are over 60 trillion individual pages, and it is constantly growing. The pages are sorted by content and other factors. This information is then indexed. According to Google, there is over 100 million gigabytes of indexed

information and it is constantly growing. Google created programs and formulas to deliver the best results possible. When you enter a search query, Google’s algorithms get to work to pull the relevant information from the index. The results are then ranked, using over 200 different factors and then a list of search results appear. If your website has the proper elements you will rank higher making it easier for people to find. To get even better rankings, you need to make sure your website is optimized for what search engines are looking for. This is where SEO comes in. Become more visible on the internet by reading The Beginners Guide to SEO by our friends at MOZ.com. Here is a preview of Chapter One and the rest can be downloaded link.

How does the Orgone Biomat® manage to produce equivalent far infrared rays compared to the original Biomat®? When producing the Orgone Biomat®, Richway & Fuji Bio uses a technology called microencapsulation to fuse amethyst powder to the fabric, thus creating the special amethyst fabric. Therefore, the same benefits from the amethyst stone within the original Biomat® are retained within the Orgone Biomat®. I have a pre-existing medical condition, but I want to use the Biomat®. Who do I contact to find out if it is okay to use the Biomat®?
Q&A Sometimes we receive a question from an ISA which we believe would be helpful to you. Here, we will field these questions and try to show examples for you to better understand our policies and procedures. If you have a question please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Because the folks at Richway & Fuji Bio are not doctors, we advise that you contact your primary care physician before starting thermotherapy. Richway & Fuji Bio is not able to provide medical advice. Everybody’s bodies are different, and your primary care physician knows you best. They will be able to provide you the best advice. What is the cotton pad that comes with the Biomat® for? The cotton pad that comes with your Biomat® should always be placed on top of it. This will help to distribute the heat from the Biomat® evenly. Why can’t I request to modify my shipment directly through UPS? Why are there restrictions? Because of an increase in fraudulent activity, Richway & Fuji Bio was obligated to increase restrictions on shipments for your security. If you would like to make any changes to your shipment, the folks at Richway & Fuji Bio will be happy to assist you. Please contact the office at 1-855338-6410 during business hours, or e-mail the Shipping Department at email@example.com. Where can I find your current pricing, marketing materials and forms? All of the information you need is in one handy place! Visit www. richwayandfujibio.com and navigate to the Downloads Menu to access these tools. Each file is organized by type. You will need to have a user name and password to log in. I tried using my Richway BackOffice password to log in to RichwayAndFujiBio.com, but it doesn’t work. Why? Richway BackOffice and RichwayAndFujiBio.com are two separate websites. Therefore, you must register and create a user name and password separately for RichwayAndFujiBio.com. The process can be done directly on the site by clicking “Register” under the Distributor Log In section. I changed the filter cartridge in my Alkal-Life 3000sL/7000sL, but the ionizer is still telling me to “change filter please.” What’s wrong with my unit? After changing the filter in your Alkal-Life Water Ionizer, you must press the square button above the filter cartridge for 5 seconds before using it. Make sure the machine is plugged in, and no water is running through it when resetting.
