P.ENERGY LAMINATORS P.Energy produces three different series of laminators: - LIGHT SERIES: basic requirements high performance; - PLUS SERIES: full optional, high process flexilibity; - GOLD SERIES: high process flexilibity, high/industrial throughtput. The three series have different features and optional to best suit the customer needs. The wide set of sizes available, the improved heating plate uniformity and the innovative Membrane Heating System (MHS) permit to have highest uniformity standards in order to produce high quality panels and to satisfy all market requirements. In all laminators, an internal belt system can be integrated to connect them to an external loading and unloading system. The Light Series is suitable for standard requirements and high performance; The Plus Series is full optional and adaptable to all pv modules production lines; The Gold Series is characterized by maximal throughput and fits in high automated pv modules production plants. NEW MEMBRANE HEATING SYSTEM (MHS) The Membrane Heating System (MHS) is a cutting edge heating system that permits to improve heat transfer, speed warm up and decrease power consumption. The rod resistances or oil based system resistances are replaced by Fiberglass-reinforced silicone rubber ones: thanks to the thin material that separates the two parts of the plate, heat transfer is faster and more efficient. Such innovations permit to obtain the maximum level of temperature uniformity up to ±1°C. distribution of the membranes in the aluminium plate

General Features

- Fast installation and ramp up; - A Belt System permits the integration with a loading and unloading system; - Clamp system for easy membrane changing; - Friendly construction design. Operational safety - Equipment/laminator is equipped with safety devices according to UVV; - Legal compliance to 89/392 EWG and EN 292 is proofed; - CE or UL conformity compliance/mark is mounted on all separate parts of equipment.
