3. If I notice anything wrong with the clothing at any time (stain, rip, loose button, etc.), I will alert the designer(s), back stage associates, as well as one of the producers of BONJOUR FASHION MAGAZINE. 4. I will be financially responsible for any damage due to misuse, mishandling, or loss of garmet. 5. I will not bring any food or beverage into the production area. 6. If available, there will be a designated area available to me in the venue location during BONJOUR FASHION MAGAZINE for water bottles and non-messy snacks (such as energy bars) 7. I also agree to be at the venue location by 1:00 p.m. EST each scheduled showcasing day. 8. If I arrive late, I may not be able to participate in the scheduled runway event, due to time needed for model preparation. 9. I will not be permitted to leave the venue location until the show has ended and I have returned my outfit(s) to the designer, designer assistant, or back stage associate.

Actions for Removal from Baltimore Fashion Week: I understand as a model of Baltimore Fashion Week 2010 that if any of the below rules are broken it could result in an automatic release as a model from this event for the scheduled runway event or removed from the entire event itself.
